Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) authorities say that of the

3,700-odd metric tonne solid waste generated every day, around 10 to 12%

is plastic. We plan to collect plastic wastes(bags, bottles etc) from different areas of

ahmedabad in order to recycle them and make healthcare kits for the

underprivileged with the funds collected. the details of the following are

listed below:

• To spread awareness about the 3Rs (placing more emphasis on plastic recycling)

• To organise a planned recurring cycle for the project from the collection of plastic to the delivery to the factory
